For CES® 2023, the biggest tech conference in the world, we delivered a seamless and immersive hybrid marketing experience tailored for both in-person and virtual audiences. With over 188,000 attendees on-site and millions reached digitally, my team developed a cohesive brand strategy across every touchpoint—from digital exhibitor booths and livestream experiences to real-time analytics dashboards and pre-event marketing collateral. The challenge was integrating multiple systems and technologies into a unified digital platform that reflected the event’s campaign identity while enhancing usability and engagement. Our objective was to create a digital platform that not only emphasized essential event information but also fostered interaction and engagement with virtual programming and in-person tradeshow experiences. The strategic marketing approach ensured brand consistency across print, web, mobile, and social channels, delivering a high-impact experience that engaged global audiences and gave sponsors powerful tools for visibility and performance tracking.
Project Details
We developed a robust digital venue featuring customizable exhibitor booths, live session streaming, pre-event activities, interactive networking features, and real-time analytics dashboards for sponsors and exhibitors. Strategically, we focused on user experience, visual consistency, and brand integrity, ensuring every digital and print touchpoint—from booth signage to virtual UI components—delivered a unified experience. By balancing stakeholder expectations, product requirements, and technical limitations, every design decision contributed to an experience worthy of CES. By anticipating user needs and prioritizing clarity and engagement, we elevated CES’s hybrid presence, delivering a global event that felt both expansive and deeply personal for each attendee and the exhibitors.
